For the Champneys Spa Day, get up early and arrive at 9am to enjoy a seasonal refreshing and rehydrating welcome drink before relaxing into your Champneys robe and flip-flops and allowing their experts to take care of you.

You will enjoy a specialist spa treatment from the original spa pioneers to help restore your equilibrium (25 minutes long). Relax in their luxury spa facilities including swimming pool, steam room or the whirlpool during your time at Champneys. 

Choose from Tring in Hertfordshire, Forest Mere in Hampshire, Henlow in Bedfordshire or Springs in Leicestershire. Each resort offers sumptuous accommodation in elegant surroundings, delicious cuisine, treatments and therapists focusing on both inner health and outer beauty, not to mention the latest fitness trends.If you can fit more into your day, there are also over twenty exercise classes for you to choose from as well as a fully equipped gym.
